Bingo Maker provides a web services for game and event planners in order to host a virtual bingo games with printed or virtual cards. When you access and use the website as a visitor, a user with an account, or a player using a virtual card, you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use. 1.1 Information regarding players
The game host sets the rules and manages the bingo activity from start to finish. The host invite the players to join the game, make the draws with the bingo caller and reward the winners. Bingo Maker is not involved in any process and is not responsible for the outcome of the game. We don’t collect money from players or give out any prizes to winners. We only provide the web platform and the technical support for our users to host their games properly. Please contact the host directly in order to find out more details about a game and answer your questions, such as “how to join” and “what is the password”.
1.2 Information regarding users that host a bingo game
The host can make the draws during the game with the virtual bingo caller. You can click the button “Make a draw” or use the automatic feature in order to make random draws of numbers during the game. The caller will pick random draws of the game and display the winners in real time. If the host wants pick the draws manually with a real bingo cage machine with numbered balls, he can import the draws in the virtual game with the feature “Manual selection of the draws”. This feature allow the host to click the numbers in the board, and thus control the draws of the game. If you are a player, make sure you know and trust the person who host the bingo game, and understand how the draws will be made.
1.3 User account closure or deletion or removal from our platform
If you wish to close, delete or remove your account from our platform, you are free to do so at any time. There are no specific reasons necessary if you no longer wish to use our services. Users can request the deletion of data from our platform contact us.
1.4 Information collected by the the Game Host, and Bingo Maker
When you join a virtual game, you are required to enter a password and a Player Name. When you click join the game, you accept to share your name with the host of the game. Bingo Maker will collect the game information on behalf of the hosts for up to 8 days. The user will be able to save a copy during that time frame. Deleted information can’t be recovered.
2. Property and Content

6. General Conditions
The user of this website agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of use when browsing and using the services. The site works by the principle of pay per use, which implies that the users must buy credits to use the web application. The user has no right to property on the hosting server. Users are free to print or download the PDFs at any time to backup a copy of the cards on their side. We will keep your bingo cards on our server for 6 up to months. After this period, the cards will be removed from the bingo project. You can recreate the cards for free and reactivate your project by clicking “Create cards”. To access the new cards, go in the row of your project and click “Cards”.
We are not an official distributor of bingo equipment. The bingo cards available on this site should under no circumstances be sold to participants. The accuracy of the game and the information available on this site are not guaranteed. Before organizing a bingo game, check with government or other competent resources for laws and regulations. The game must remain free for all players and have as a main goal to amuse and entertain.
6.1 Web Application
The project management interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. To do so, we split the task in four simple steps; generate custom bingo cards, insert images around the cards, play a game with the bingo caller and simulate a bingo game. All the projects can be stored for free under the user’s account. When the caller of a project is closed (or no time left), the user have 1 week to download a copy of the a game report. Bingo Maker will keep the player information no more than 7 days. It’s your responsibility to save a copy on your side.
7. Credits System
The system of credits and discount codes are valid only with this website. The credits will be associated with the user’s account. You don’t need to buy credit pack if you don’t plan to use them all, you can buy the exact amount of credits needed when using the application. When purchasing credits, PayPal will send a receipt to the user after the transaction. Canadian users will have to pay taxes based on their provincial rate if applicable. You can see all the costs at the Cost of services page.
Purchase and Refund Conditions:
• Only the last credit pack purchased can be refunded.
• All credits (from the credit pack to be refunded) should be available in the account for refund.
• Only purchases of more than $5.00 can be refunded (pack of 16 credits or more).
• The remaining credits in an account (credit balance) cannot be refunded.
• The credits used by the web application cannot be refunded.
• Transaction fees are deducted from the amount refunded.
• No refund will be made 30 days after the date of purchase.
Promotional codes:
• A code can be used once per user.
• The number of credits may vary (no fixed value).
• No cash value.
8. Registration and Site Access
Registration is not required to visit our website; however, you will need to register with us and create an account (email/password) or use Facebook if you desire to use all the features available on the web application and to complete a transaction with us. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete registration information. You must be legally capable to enter into contracts. It is your responsibility to make any updates to that information as needed.
Each registration is for a single person only. We do not permit any other person using the registered sections under your name. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. We will not be liable for unauthorized use of credits in your account and no refund or remittance will be made.
9. User Account
By connecting with their Facebook profile or by creating an account, users create their unique user account. When users log in for the first time, 2 free credits will be added to their account in order to try the web application. The users have the responsibility to report to the support service all problems encountered on the website, such as bad links or defective features. If you can’t access your account, contact the support service.
10. Prohibited User’s Activities and Actions
10.1 The users:
• Do not use the site with bad intentions or malicious motivations.
• Do not share their accounts with others.
• Do not use the services to transmit or promote any unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, devious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene language likely to infringe on the privacy of another person.
• Do not transmit any computer virus or malware.
• Do not disguise the origin of information transmitted through the website.
• Do not misuse the selling platform.
• Do not exploit a flaw or cause a failure in the web application.
• Do not violate any local, state, national or international laws.

10.2 Locations that were reported to us where online bingo and raffles are prohibited, and require us to comply:

The support service may contact and/or block any user accounts that show non-compliant behaviour with the terms and conditions of use. If the bad behaviour persists, users can have their accounts blocked temporarily or permanently. A permanently blocked account automatically loses access to all its projects and credits. Some situations might be treated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the support service.
11. Confidentiality
Information security is our priority. User accounts are protected and a secure connection allows exchanges with our server safely. The information obtained from Facebook when a user creates a profile is public. The purchases of credits are secured by PayPal. After a transaction, your banking information (credit cards, address, etc.) will not be saved on the server; it will be processed and stored by PayPal.
12. Security
We are using SSL Certificate (https) to respect high industry standards and to guarantee secure connections. We backup periodically and use other security measures to protect our servers. Although several methods are taken into account and although we are continually improving the security, we offer no guarantee whatsoever about the security and integrity of the user’s data. Users must download a copy of their work to avoid any possible losses of data.

We provide pay-as-you-go (ad-free) services with the Bingo Maker web app. Services that require an account such as the Virtual Flashboard and the Bingo Page do not have third-party links or cookies. The two services that display ads are Free virtual card and the Free virtual caller. These free services may display third party advertisements. By using the Free bingo caller and the Free virtual card, you accept the presence of third party links and cookies (read the Privacy Policy).
19. Force Majeure
We will not accept any responsibility or liability in regards to failure to perform its obligation, including obligations cited under these terms of Use, caused by Force Majeure. Force Majeure includes other external forces beyond our control such as terrorism, natural disasters, strikes and electrical failures. In such cases, the agreement between Bingo Maker Inc. and the users will be cancelled.
20. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Site Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e- mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. In case of any violation of these terms and conditions of use, the administration staff reserves the right to seek all remedies available under the law and in equity for such violations. We reserve the right to apply the case by case basis for particular situations. We will collaborate fully under the laws of the Canadian and Quebec government.
