Cookie Policy

Last update of this policy: August 15, 2026

We recognize our obligation to manage your data responsibly, and this cookie policy explains how. We do not and will not sell your data to third parties.

This policy applies to the use of the website https://www.bingomaker.com. Please read it carefully to understand when you provide us with your data and how we use it. By using our website, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

Forms

We collect certain personal information through forms on the website. The information shared by these forms is stored in our database for a period of 6 months. This data is also sent to us by email in order to follow up with you. You can request that this data be transmitted to you and/or deleted (see the “The rights you have over your data” section below for more details).

Cookies

We only use functional cookies to improve your experience. No personal data is stored in them. When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login information and screen preferences. The lifespan of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be cleared. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

Bingo Maker does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no cookie consent banner because none is needed: website statistics are measured with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works entirely without cookies. Measurements are aggregated and anonymous — we can see how many pages are visited, never who visits them.

Content embedded from other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor went to that other site.

These websites could collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with this embedded content if you have an account connected to their website.

For example, the Spotify Embed on our music playlist pages sets its own cookies when the page loads; these cookies are governed by Spotify’s privacy practices. The same applies to embedded video content.

Security

To ensure the security of your personal information, we use the following measures:

  • SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer)
  • Access management – authorized person
  • Network monitoring software
  • Computer backup
  • Login / Password
  • Firewalls

Storage time for your data

The data you enter in our forms is kept for a period of 6 months.

The rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including that you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of personal data concerning you. This does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked using an automated spam comment detection service.

The data provided through our forms is stored on our server physically located in the greater Montréal, Québec, Canada area.
