Design Printed Templates with Custom Branding Images

Use Bingo Maker to customize bingo cards for corporate events, classrooms, and branded activities while keeping the workflow aligned with a secure SaaS platform. This visual design tool helps you import sponsor logos, promotional graphics, and corporate assets into the designated spaces around your exported printed templates.
Five PDF export formats

If you prefer to display promotional assets directly inside the online attendee experience, prepare your Private Event Page URL. This visual design workspace is dedicated to printed document layouts only. The exported PDF templates are structurally prepared for standard U.S. Letter 8.5″ x 11″ (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm) paper size.

Bingo Card Design Settings:
Select the preferred parameters for your printed layout design.

Spatial optimization
To maximize the available visual space on the exported layouts, check “Yes“. This premium function opens additional space at the top of the template for an extended header graphic by suppressing the platform logo, the default title, and the QR code. This spatial optimization option uses 2 credits.

Template tracking number in corner
To display the sequence tracking numbers in the document corners, select “Yes“. This administrative function allows organizers to manage validated templates and apply a “four corners” verification method for final attendee selection at the end of your interactive session.

Timestamp settings and title
The parameter options “Show the date“, “Event date“, and “Card title” allow you to override the timestamp and the header title for every specific layout design you prepare. This provides flexibility to update the initial settings created when first preparing the project database.
Import graphic assets
To import a graphic asset, click the designated workspace and select your file. For optimal print resolution, it is highly recommended that you import image files matching or exceeding the exact pixel dimensions displayed within the import zones.

Adjust the cropping rectangle to the desired visual focal point using click, hold, and drag actions. The sector of the image visible within the frame will be retained for export; the external portions will be cropped out. Adjust the scaling of your asset using the corners of the bounding box. When you are satisfied with the asset framing, click “Confirm” to integrate the graphic into the design space.

Repeat this formatting process for each available layout space. If the visual composition requires adjustment, you can update the workspaces by replacing the asset with an alternative file or clearing the current graphic entirely.

Once you have finalized your corporate assets inside the layout matrix, click “Save the design“. Please note that the structural design cannot be altered once it is saved to your project workspace.

A system prompt will appear if a designated workspace is missing an asset or if an imported file was not properly confirmed. Acknowledge the prompt by clicking “Ok” to bypass and finalize your layout composition.

To inspect your fully customized templates, navigate to the specific row of your project in the dashboard and click the “Design” icon.

The platform supports up to 5 unique design iterations per project database. To initiate an alternative layout version, click the “⊕” symbol located to the right of the design icon.

To review the archived design versions associated with a project, click the file directory icon. The most recently saved design will automatically display at the top of the column interface when you click the main design icon.

Service Costs (Credits)
The initial design setup of a project database is included. Subsequent layout versions use 1 credit per 25 templates, relative to the total scale of the prepared project. The spatial optimization feature uses a fixed allocation of 2 credits, regardless of the overall template volume in the project.

Next step, export your customized templates as a PDF file.
