Host an Interactive Virtual Session

Use the bingo number generator to host an interactive group session with automated number output, secure attendee access, and real-time template validation. As the virtual generator produces each data point, the platform tracks connected digital boards and updates the results list automatically. You can test the interface with the Trial Virtual Activity.
Manage automated number output
You can host as many consecutive sessions as needed by clicking on “Restart the session”. Choose from a structured list of 81 different objective patterns to define the required completion format. You can modify the required patterns every time you restart the activity.
Attendees can access their virtual digital boards securely on the public sessions list page or directly on your private event page. Display session numbers to attendees with the Interactive Digital Dashboard.

Start hosting your interactive session
At this stage you should have already prepared a new digital project with your templates. You can operate one active generator at a time per account. Navigate to the row of your project and click the “Start” icon.

Access Settings
Session name
When the session is active, the designated session name appears on the Public Sessions List Page or exclusively on your Private Event Page URL.
Make the session private
This security option appears if you have set up your event page URL. When an event page exists, this parameter is set to “Yes” by default and your session is routed to your private landing page. If you intend to display your session on the public session registry, select “No“.
Access type
Unique password
If you require all attendees to use the same master password to access your session, select “Unique password” and define the secure key.
Access codes list
If you prefer attendees to join the session with individualized access credentials, select “Codes list” and prepare your secure codes.
Navigate to the row of your digital project and click “Codes“, then click “Create a codes list“. To view the generated list of credentials, click “Codes“.
Session Type
By default, the operational mode is set to “Number Generator” and the system produces randomized data during the session. If you have previously compiled a simulation with your project database, you can select “Simulation” and load the predictive model you wish to execute. Your simulation controls the data output only for the initial session. The generator sequences the numbers in the exact chronological order selected in your simulation and reproduces the outcome for the participants. When you restart a new session, the system automatically reverts to the standard generator mode and produces randomized values through the default algorithm.
Allocation of digital boards
This parameter determines the format distributed for the session. If you are operating strictly with printed templates, click “Set all to print“. If you are hosting a fully interactive digital session, participants can manage from 1 to 4 digital boards simultaneously on their device.

Number of digital boards
This slider defines whether you operate the session with physical printed templates, interactive digital boards, or a hybrid of both. By default, this allocation is maximized for digital boards. To adjust the deployment ratio of printed templates versus virtual digital boards, modify the slider accordingly. If you intend to operate exclusively with printed templates, click “Set all to print“.
Allocation of boards with “Codes list”
Codes list: All virtual
With the operational setting “All virtual“, participants securely access your virtual session using the generated list of credentials. This administrative option allows you to remove specific boards during the live session. Click the management icon in the generator interface and input the board sequence numbers you wish to exclude from the data pool. An automated message will notify the affected participants.
Codes list: Printed and digital
With the hybrid option “Printed and virtual“, all generated boards in the database are considered by the session algorithms. Completed objectives from virtual boards and printed PDF templates populate the validated results list.
Visual settings
Display “Current/Previous data” on digital boards
This UI parameter allows you to hide or display the current and previous generated data tracking fields located at the header and footer of the digital board interface.
Show “Click All” button
Participants can instantly highlight all currently matched squares with the integrated “Click All” macro button. This is efficient for attendees who join late in the session and need to synchronize their boards with previously generated data.
Objective message
This programmable message appears on a digital board when a participant successfully completes the assigned pattern. You can use this communication field to instruct the user on the next steps once the objective is reached. Ex.: “Please contact the HR administrator at [email protected] for the next step.”
Message to validated participants
This secondary message is broadcast when the organizer uses the “Final selection among completed boards” feature. The final selection is processed exclusively among participants who completed the required pattern during the session. Selected participants receive a confirmation status on their interface, while the remaining attendees receive an alternate status.
Required patterns to complete the objective
Select from an integrated catalog of 81 required patterns to reach the objective(s) during the session. You can update the required patterns every time you restart a new session. If you are managing over 100 active boards and require a statistically lower volume of validated participants, avoid selecting mathematically simple patterns such as standard lines of 5 consecutive squares.
To increase the statistical difficulty and extend the session, select complex geometries like the ‘X’ or any structure requiring a higher volume of data matches. You can analyze the mathematical probabilities using the Session Simulator and the integrated Probability Calculator.
Service Credits
Activation time:
The data generator remains active by default for a 3-hour window, during which you can restart as many consecutive sessions as required. You can extend this continuous activation period up to 31 days at a flat rate of 1 credit per day. The internal countdown begins the moment the generator is activated and is visible within the generator interface.
Credit usage:
When you prepare a new digital project, the initial generator activation is included. For subsequent activations, credit usage is relative to the total scale of templates in your database at the standardized rate of 1 credit per 25 templates.
Activate the interactive number generator
We designed the interactive generator UI for intuitive operation by event managers. The core system is engineered to produce data sequentially, track session variables, and automatically validate the boards. The organizer can monitor the dashboard and review completed boards from the results list.
The current and previously generated numbers are prominently displayed at the top of the interface and automatically synchronize across the network after each data point. You can display the digital dashboard natively on an extended desktop screen, or use the Interactive Digital Dashboard to present the interface on external displays for live audiences.
Session information
This administrative panel displays the technical details of your session, including access protocols for participants, the session name, unique ID number, and active password. The trophy icon visually confirms the required pattern settings selected for this specific run. The countdown timer indicates the remaining server allocation before the generator session expires. You can monitor the real-time volume of connected participants and begin data output when optimal attendance is reached.
Control access to your session
You have administrative authority to lock/unlock network access to your live session. Allowing a participant to join late after data has already been sequenced can skew the results, as their board instantly synchronizes with generated numbers and can reach completion prematurely. When you initiate the data output, secure the session by locking access. When you reset for a new session, unlock the gateway to allow new attendees to join synchronously.
Enable / Disable the automated voice
*IndexThe number generator features an integrated Text-to-Speech function to audibly announce the data. A corresponding toggle is accessible in the upper right corner of the participants’ digital boards. The platform uses four professional voice actors to accurately announce the columns, numerical data, or specific emoji tags during the session in English, Spanish, French, and Hindi.
Bingo Randomizer: Manual or Automatic Number Generation
To initiate the session, manually click on “Generate Number“. To enable automated data output, define the precise interval in seconds between generation intervals and click “Enable“. To halt the automated sequence, click “Disable“. When the stop-on-completion parameter is set to “Yes“, the generator automatically pauses its sequence the moment at least one completed board is validated by the system.
If the parameter is set to “No“, the generator continuously executes its sequence without halting for validated boards. Data generation concludes when the entire data pool is exhausted or when the predefined parameters of a loaded simulation are met.
Manual selection of data
*IndexIf you need to reproduce a physical number extraction process and input the results into the system, you can manually bridge the data points into the interactive generator so attendees can highlight them on their digital boards. To activate this override feature, click “Manual selection of the data” and selectively click the required data points directly on the control board interface.
Open the digital dashboard
This functional command detaches the control board into a separate, scalable window. Drag this dedicated window onto your secondary display, television monitor, or presentation projector so attendees can follow the generated numbers in a highly visible format. You can also independently launch the external digital dashboard from a remote device if required by your AV setup.
Send messages to participants
This communication channel allows the organizer to broadcast text alerts to the entire audience or target a specific participant. Upon initiating a broadcast, the generator sequence automatically pauses until the organizer executes the “Continue” command.
By default, the alert routes to all connected devices unless you specify precise board sequence numbers. This is effective for broadcasting general session updates or securely communicating next steps to validated participants.
Data Log and Results list
The system log chronologically records all generated data from the session. The Results List displays the completed board numbers, the specific completed patterns achieved, and the registered participant names.
Automatic validation of digital boards
Only the digital boards actively connected via a device are monitored and added to the results list. When a participant’s board algorithms detect the mathematical possibility of completion, the board number, required pattern, and participant name preview in the results list in standard text. Once the participant correctly selects the required squares to form the pattern, a confirmation prompt appears on their interface. Synchronously, the corresponding entry is struck through in the master results list, confirming the board has been successfully validated by the server.
Manual validation of printed templates
The automated generator algorithms cannot physically verify if a participant has correctly highlighted the data on an offline printed template. To manually validate a printed document, cross-reference the marked squares against your master control board and data log. Upon confirming the data integrity, click on the corresponding template ID in the Results list and select “Validate“. The entry is struck through to formally indicate system validation. If concluding the session via the “Final selection among completed boards” protocol, only formally validated entries are eligible for the final selection.
Get the list of results
Before executing a session reset or closure, secure the validated results for your corporate records. Within the results list interface, click “Get the list“. Then, using your browser’s native print dialogue, click “File” then “Print” to export and save the formatted list as a PDF document.
Ways to end the session

This execution command clears all active data from the number generator tables and initializes a fresh session environment. You can loop as many consecutive sessions as required until the active generator’s server time allocation expires. Use this reset phase to update the objective patterns for the subsequent run.
Upon triggering the restart sequence, connected participants maintain their active network link, their digital boards are instantly cleared, and they resume the next dynamic using the identical board ID. An automated broadcast outlines the new session ID and the updated required patterns.
Final selection among completed boards
This automated function executes a selection exclusively among participants who successfully validated completed patterns during the active session. Executing this selection formally terminates the session data generation and isolates the designated quantity of selected participants. Only formally validated boards, indicated in the master list, are processed in this final algorithm.
Close the session
Executing the close command permanently deactivates the generator module for the current run. Participants receive a network prompt to exit the interface and are automatically redirected to the root landing page, either the public Sessions List or your custom Event Page. Any remaining time on the activation countdown is permanently forfeited upon closure.
