Use Bingo Maker to Create Bingo Cards for an interactive session while keeping the setup aligned with a SaaS workflow. Prepare 25 to 3,000 custom digital boards for each event, then manage your activity with printed layouts or interactive virtual templates using the Interactive Number Generator.
Export and print your custom templates
If you are using printed layouts, select one of the available PDF export options. Personalize the visual design of the digital boards by importing promotional visuals around the page for corporate branding, sponsor messaging, or educational context.

– Workflow Instructions –
Prepare a new digital project
Log In to your Bingo Maker SaaS account. On the main dashboard, click the top-right “⊕ New Bingo Project” button.

Connect & generate custom templates in seconds
Template settings:
Number of digital boards
First, choose how many templates the application will generate for this project: a minimum of 25 layouts and a maximum of 3,000 layouts. For credit details, see the Costs and Credits page.
Activity format
*IndexYou can generate custom digital templates with Numbers, Emojis and Words/Phrases in the grid squares. Emoji layouts work like bingo cards with pictures in the squares — an effective way to learn new vocabulary in English, Spanish, French and Hindi. When you select Words/Phrases, you can insert music titles in the squares and host interactive Music Sessions.
– Numbers Format
To generate digital boards containing numerical values in the squares for standard event dynamics.
– Emoji Format
To prepare layouts with emojis in the squares, select “Emoji” as the activity format. A new parameter will appear. To show the emoji label for attendees, set “Emoji name” to “Show“. It is set to “Show” by default. You can update this parameter again when you activate the interactive generator for this project.
– Custom Words / Phrases
To prepare digital boards with personalized text lines, corporate words, or educational phrases in the squares. This is how interactive layouts are created for Music Dynamics, with titles placed directly in the template squares. You can enter your custom text lines at the next step. Project Identity
Enter the name of your specific project. This helps you sort and manage your events efficiently. The identity tag appears on the main dashboard of your user account.
Column headers
Modify the default column headers BINGO to any custom five-letter word to align with your corporate branding or event theme.
Number of data values
Set the exact number of data values that will be distributed across the squares of the generated grids. The automated voice feature is optimized for 75 values. If you are replicating a physical number-extraction workflow, this variable represents the 75 numbered data points. By adjusting the number of values, you control the total data set inside the digital generator. You can set the parameters from 25 to 150 values. Center square settings
The center square can be set as a free space or assigned a data value like the surrounding squares.
The templates will be numbered from # to #
Define the sequence number of the first layout in your project. This variable allows additional exported batches to follow sequentially without duplication.
Printed layout export options:

Choose one of the 5 PDF export layouts based on the spatial distribution of the grid or grids on the document: 2 grids, 4 grids, 1 grid centered, 1 grid aligned right, or 1 grid aligned left. The highlighted gray areas represent the available white space around the grids where you can import visual assets during the design phase of your templates. The page layout of the exported models is standardized for US Letter size paper 8.5″ x 11″ (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm).
Template title
This customized title appears at the top of all generated layouts. It can be updated during the visual design phase.
Show the date
The date parameter is excluded from the virtual interactive boards. Select the date of your corporate event or disable the function for printed outputs. By default, the project creation timestamp is printed on the templates. If you need a different timestamp, select it on the integrated calendar. This variable can also be updated during the design phase.
Template number in the corners
This administrative function shows the sequential identification number in the four corners of the printed document. When an attendee completes the objective, the event host can detach a numbered corner for validation and retain it for the final selection process. This tracking feature can be toggled during the design phase.
White Label (Hide platform branding)
If you need to export your printed templates / PDF documents without the Bingo Maker platform tags, click “Yes“. This premium feature removes the platform URL, logo, and generated QR code from the layouts (White Label).
A designated field will unlock so you can insert your own corporate URL or domain instead. Enter your organization’s website name here, or leave the field completely blank for a minimalist output. Here are three examples of exported documents using the white label feature: standard, custom design, and design with spatial optimization.
Generate your digital project
When you have finalized your project parameters, click “Create cards“. If you want to proceed immediately to visual customization, click “Create cards and make the design“. Visual design updates can always be applied at a later stage. The data grids are compiled with our algorithm to prevent duplicate layouts within the same data set.
To inspect the layouts you just generated, navigate to the corresponding row of your project on the dashboard and click the “Cards” icon. The most recently created or modified project automatically sorts to the top of your directory list.
We securely host your generated templates on our servers for up to 6 months. After this retention period, the specific grids are cleared from the project data. You can regenerate the layouts at no additional cost and reactivate your session data by clicking “Create cards”. To access the newly generated batch, go to your project row and click “Cards”.
Interactive formats with custom data
Custom word layouts are ideal for corporate vocabulary, educational reviews, and music-based interactive sessions during seminars and classes!
– Data Input Instructions –
Log in to your Bingo Maker SaaS account. To prepare templates with specific text variables in the grid squares, select “Words / Phrases” as the activity format. Define the exact number of text variables in your master list at “Number of random values“. Scroll to the bottom of the interface and click “Create the project and go to the list of words/phrases“.
You can now populate the database table with the text lines that will be compiled into the squares of your generated grids. To optimize workflow and prevent data loss, we highly recommend you Copy and Paste your master list directly from a Word or Excel spreadsheet. If you navigate away to your dashboard, you can always resume data entry by clicking on “Finish the list of values“.
The database interface is divided into the five corresponding BINGO columns. The imported values are distributed across the matrix according to your selected data input method. Note: The input distribution method becomes locked once your data set is permanently saved to the project.
Data input method: By columns (default setting)
*Index“Copy and paste” your structured text lines into the database interface, and the algorithm will distribute them vertically by columns.
Upon completion, click “Save list and create cards“. To audit your generated templates, navigate to the project row and click the “Cards” icon.
Data input method: By rows
When switching the algorithmic input method to “By rows“, a standard browser prompt will appear: “Do you want to leave this site?“. To proceed with the method change, click “Leave“.
Copy and Paste your text variables into the interface. The algorithm will now distribute them horizontally by rows while alternating through the columns. This advanced distribution method ensures stronger data variance and prevents A-to-Z sorted lists from stacking vertically within the same columns.
When your data mapping is complete, click “Save list and create cards“. To audit the finalized layouts, go to the project row and click the “Cards” icon.
Once your master list is securely saved, you have a 12-hour administrative period to correct data values by clicking “Correct the list of values“. This correction feature consumes 2 credits per 25 templates, relative to the total scale of your prepared project.
