Participants can join your interactive session securely on the Public Sessions List Page. They can manage from 1 to 4 digital boards simultaneously. You can energize your video conferences using enterprise services like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Kumospace. Hosting people who have never tried it? Here is how a round works, in two minutes.

Session settings
The title of your session is generated automatically, such as “Trial xxxx“. Assign a secure password to keep the session private and allow only your attendees to access the activity. Select the required objective patterns to complete the board; they are all selected by default. Once you are ready to begin the activity, click “Activate the interactive generator“.

Join the interactive session
Attendees can connect at BingoMaker.com and click “Join a session“. They can also connect directly through the URL Card.Bingo.
They search for your session name in the directory, click “Join” and enter the secure password along with an attendee name.
Host a session with the generator
The interactive generator is ready for your session. You can define the time interval between automated number outputs if you are using that operational feature. If attendees and the organizer are at the same physical location, you can display the generated data to participants on a digital dashboard in a separate window.
If you are operating a computer connected to an external display, you can project the digital dashboard to attendees by clicking on “Open the board” and dragging the window to the secondary screen.
Wait for all participants to join your session. Once you are fully prepared, initiate the sequence by clicking on “Generate a number“. You can also use the automated generation feature. Continue generating values until an attendee completes the required pattern, then handle internal recognition or next-step instructions according to your event policy.
Validate the completed boards
The validated digital boards appear automatically in the generator interface under the “Results List“. Continue the session until your activity objectives are completed.
If you have many validated participants and need a limited final selection, you can execute a final selection among attendees who successfully completed the patterns by clicking on “Final selection among completed boards“. Enter the precise number of participants you wish to select and click “Execute selection“. Select the attendees matching the corresponding board numbers. You will be eligible to host another trial virtual session once the 23-hour countdown cycle concludes.
