Purchase और refund policy
- Platform credits की कोई expiration date नहीं है।
- केवल सबसे recently purchased credit pack refund के लिए eligible है।
- आपके accumulated credit balance का refund नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Transactions minimum 2 credits से शुरू होती हैं, maximum limit 999 credits तक।
- Refund process होने के लिए सभी credits (refund किए जाने वाले specific credit pack के) account में available रहने चाहिए।
- केवल $5.00 से अधिक की transactions refund की जा सकती हैं (16 credits या उससे बड़े packs)।
- Account में बचे unused credits (credit balance) non-refundable हैं।
- Application द्वारा generated events के लिए पहले से utilized credits refund नहीं किए जा सकते।
- Payment gateway transaction fees और $1.00 की standard administration fee final refunded amount से deduct की जाती है।
- Original purchase date के 30 दिन बाद कोई refund process नहीं किया जाएगा।
Promotional code की conditions
- एक promotional code प्रति registered user एक बार apply किया जा सकता है।
- Granted credits की संख्या अलग-अलग हो सकती है (कोई fixed nominal value नहीं)।
